An NHS trust in North Tyneside has undergone a complete refurbishment of the hospital in an attempt to decarbonise the hospital. This project has varied from new energy efficient windows and solar panels being fitted. They have also had a major upgrade to the HV network throughout the hospital. O.M.S.P. have carried out the site acceptance testing (S.A.T.) of three 11kV Schneider Ringmaster switchboards. The scope of work included:
- Ductor testing
- Functions & Interlocks
- Inputting final protection settings supplied by the consultant
- Primary & Secondary injection
- HV pressure Testing
- Commissioning of the intertripping scheme between HV/LV
- Two permanent boards, one temporary board, liaising with the designer for protection settings etc
